It’s a food blog!!

Nothing better than a yummy, healthy smoothie, am I right?? Well unless you don’t like smoothies then yes there are better things I guess.

Right you lucky lot I’m going to share a very simple smoothie mix of mine, it contains 4 types of berries, banana, mango, honey and almond milk and that’s it. Weights and measurements below.

RED BERRY SMOOTHIE

250g/9oz of mixed berries (berries of your choice, I used ASDA frozen berries mix)

1 banana

1/2 mango

1 dessert spoon of clear honey

250 ml unsweetend almond milk

Put all the fruit in to a mixing container, add the honey and the milk and blend until it’s at the consistency you require.

Pour in to a glass and enjoy. You can keep the mix in the fridge for 2 days before drinking it.
